Currently, we have 12 R&D personnel, 40 technical engineers, and 30 team operators.      We have a technical team of more than 80 people, among whom over 60% of the employees have more than 10 years of mechanical processing experience and hold senior technician qualifications or above. Team members are proficient in the entire process chain of machining techniques, including turning, milling, grinding, and electrical discharge machining, and can quickly respond to the customized requirements of complex parts. In an urgent order for precision medical device components, the team adopted three-shift collaborative operation and process optimization, reducing the original production cycle of 15 days to 9 days. At the same time, they ensured that the product precision reached ±0.01mm, far exceeding the industry standard.
 
     We are equipped with more than 50 internationally leading processing equipment, including core facilities such as high-precision CNC machine tools and five-axis 联动 machining centers. Among them, 20 imported CNC lathes can achieve 24-hour uninterrupted automated production, with a daily average output of tens of thousands of pieces per unit. With the efficient collaboration between the equipment and the team, we once set an industry record of delivering 1 million pieces within 3 months. Behind this achievement is our in-depth application of standardized processes and modular production: by quickly retrieving the processing parameters of similar products from the process database and flexibly switching production tasks in combination with the flexible production line, the order response speed has been increased by 40%.
Meanwhile, we have established a network covering raw material supply and special process treatment together with more than 10 high-quality suppliers. In case of sudden situations such as raw material shortages or production capacity saturation, our partners can activate the backup inventory allocation or production capacity sharing mechanism within 48 hours.
